About KM Moulavi College

KM Moulavi Memorial orphanage Arabic College was established in 1971 under Tirurangadi Yatheem Khana. It is one of the sister Institutions among the nine other Institutions run by Tirurangadi Muslim Orphanage committee which played a pivotal role to provide a safe asylum for orphans especially In the breakdown of cholera in Malabar region in 1943 under the leadership of great philanthropist MK Haji. Khatib Tayyil Muhammed Kutty Musliar, popularly known as KM Moulavi, a religious scholar in whose name the college established was a pioneer in prompting modern education.
